Drawing on nearly three decades leadership experience, including C-Suite leadership at a national non-profit, Tobi’s career has been marked by achievement and recognition with awards such as “Best Citizen,” “Woman Making History,” and “Best and Brightest.” Whether guiding first-generation students to Harvard or supporting professionals seeking deeper purpose, Tobi’s unique approach fosters clarity and growth at every stage of life.

She quickly gain trust and creates a safe space for clients to explore their goals, release limiting beliefs, and embrace their fullest potential. Outside of her work, Tobi enjoys meditation, yoga, travel, and creative pursuits. She is a proud mother to an adult son serving in the U.S. Army.
